Perschbacher, Margaret North (Peggy) of Palm Harbor and formerly of Whitefish Bay, WI, passed away Nov 29, 2013. She was the beloved wife of Elmer ("Push"), her husband of 61 years; loving mother to Jim of Mableton, Georgia and Janet (Bob) Palmer of Palatine, Illinois; proud and caring grandmother to Erin & Jordan Palmer; and dear sister of Fred (Jane) North; and many treasured relatives and friends.

Peggy was born in Green Bay, Wisconsin and raised in Whitefish Bay where she and Push raised their own family. She attended Lawrence College in Appleton and was a member of the Delta Gamma sorority. After graduating, she was introduced to Push by mutual friends. She taught Kindergarten for a short time and later stayed home to raise her kids when they were young. Through the years she taught at several preschools and participated in numerous volunteer activities. She was a long and active member of the United Methodist Church of Whitefish Bay and Heritage United Methodist Church in Palm Harbor. Peggy loved taking care of her family, reading, swimming, and teaching. She had a kind and generous heart and she will be deeply missed by her family and friends.
