BARTON- Marian C., 88, of Clifton died Friday, Oct, 14, 2016. Born in Passaic, New Jersey to Joseph S. and Marion (nee Cherup) Barton, Miss Barton resided in Clifton for most of her life. She retired in the late 1980s as the Assistant to Vice President of the former Suburban Savings and Loan Assn. of Wayne, NJ. Miss Barton was a parishioner of St. Stephen's RC Church, Passaic and was a former member of the Columbiettes of Regina Mundi, Council #3969, Knights of Columbus. In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her four sisters: Joan Smith, Gloria Cook, Judith and Beverly Barton. Survivors include: her nieces and nephews, Kimberly Hosler, Donald Smith, Kevin Smith, Amanda Smith, Valerie Shannon and Darryl Cook. Funeral Services will be 10:00 am Friday at Bizub-Quinlan Funeral Home, 515 Lexington Ave., Clifton. Private Cremation to follow. Visitation on Thursday from 7-9 pm.
