Marietta was born on September 12, 1929 and passed away on Friday, August 4, 2017.

Marietta was a resident of Pennsylvania at the time of passing.

Born and raised in Locust Gap, PA, she graduated from Mount Carmel Catholic High School in 1947 and was married at St. Joseph's Catholic Church, Locust Gap, PA in 1951.

She had served as a president of St. Paul's Church PTA, St. Paul's Church Rosary Society, and the Knights of Columbus Council #6306 Women's Auxiliary. A Funeral Liturgy will be celebrated at 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, August 9, 2017 at St. Paul the Apostle R.C. Entombment will follow at Resurrection Cemetery Mausoleum, Piscataway, N.J.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Transfiguration of the Lord Parish, 23 South Fifth Avenue, Highland Park, N.J. 08904 or to School Sisters of Notre Dame, 345 Belden Hill Road, Wilton, CT 06987.
