Mark was born on September 26, 1942 and passed away on Saturday, December 30, 2017.

Mark was a resident of Utah at the time of passing.

After graduating from high school, Mark attended Brigham Young University and San Diego State University for two years.

A Memorial Service honoring him and his life will be held on January 6, 2018 at 10 a.m. at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, 1280 South 8th street in El Centro, which will be officiated by Bishop Darryl Dickerson. His burial will take place a week later in the Pleasant Grove City Cemetery in Utah near his parents' resting places. Graveside services will be held Saturday, January 13, 2018 at 10 a.m. in the Pleasant Grove City Cemetery under the direction of Olpin Family Mortuary, Pleasant Grove.
