Martin passed away in January 2018.

Martin was a resident of Illinois at the time of passing.

A Mass will be held on January 13th at 12:00 Noon at Saint Mary of Vernon Catholic Church, 236 US-45, Indian Creek followed by a burial at Vernon Cemetery in Lincolnshire.

In lieu of flowers, please donate to Cognitive Neurology and Alzheimer Disease Center at Northwestern Feinberg School of Medicine.
