Martin was born on August 24, 1944 and passed away on Sunday, March 12, 2017.

Martin was a resident of Westminster, Maryland at the time of passing.

He was a veteran of the Air Force.

He worked at International Harvester as a Service Manager and then Peterson, Howell & Heather, Inc. as a Fleet Manager. A memorial mass will be held at St. John Catholic Church, 43 Monroe St., Westminster, Maryland, on Saturday, March 18, 2017 at 11 a.m. Memorial Mass at the St. John Catholic Church at 11:00 AM on March 18, 2017. In lieu of flowers donations may be made in his name to the American Stroke Foundation or Paralyzed Veterans of America.
