Mary D. Tabor, 88 of Bloomington died Friday, June 3, 2016 in her residence with her family by her side. She was born December 8, 1927 in Clarksville, TN to Earl C. Clements and Darletta H. Head Clements. She had retired from the engineering department of Otis Elevator.

Survivors include her daughter, Sandy Tabor of Solsberry; a son, Michael (Rita) R. Tabor of Solsberry; four grandchildren, Natalie (Andy) Scott, Brett (Keri) Tabor, Bill (Beck) Tabor and Michael Tabor; and seven great grandchildren, Logan, Kyan, Aiden, Madden, Gavin, Jaxon and Boston. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Robert K. Tabor; a daughter, Kathy Jo Tabor; and three brothers, Charles E. Clements, Donald R. Clements and William R. Banks.

Mary was a member of the American Legion, Burton Woolery Post 18. She had been a Hospice Volunteer; she loved spending time with her grandchildren and great grandchildren. She enjoyed playing card games, art, painting, traveling, gardening, dancing, bingo and shopping. She was loved by everyone who knew her.

Funeral Services are scheduled for Wednesday, June 8, 2016 at 12:00 PM in Day & Deremiah-Frye Funeral Home, 4150 E Third St, with Pastor Shawn Tully officiating. Burial will follow in Rosehill Cemetery. Visitation is scheduled for Tuesday, June 7th from 4:00 - 8:00 PM in the funeral home.
