Mary Johnson Myrick, 96, of Orlando, Florida and Atlanta, Georgia went to be with the Lord on Wednesday, April 26, 2017.



Born November 9, 1920 in Orlando, Florida, she was the daughter of Benjamin Clay Johnson and Frances Gordon Stone Johnson. In 1942, she married Julian Myrick. She was a loving and dedicated wife and mother and greatly loved by her husband, Julian, and her four children. Mary spent many hour studying and teaching the Bible, her passion in life. She also loved her flower garden and filled our home with beautiful bouquets.



In 1985, they moved to Atlanta and joined First Baptist Church.



She was preceded in death by her husband, Julian Peeples Myrick.



She is survived by her four children, Linda Forrester, Diane Cropp, Michael Myrick, and Bruce Myrick, spouses, ten grandchildren, and ten great grandchildren.



The memorial service will be at 10:30 a.m. in the Lenbrook Square Events room on Saturday, May 13, 2017. Rev. Robbye Jarrell and Rev. Randy Forrester, Mary’s grandson, will officiate. Lenbrook Square, 3747 Peachtree Road NE, Atlanta, GA 30319
