April 8, 1939 – March 3, 2017

Melba P. Peppers, 77, passed away peacefully on Friday morning at Huntsville Hospital surrounded by her loving family. She is preceded in death by her parents, Adolph and Pearl Smith Bergemann.

Left to cherish her precious memory is her loving husband of 52 Years, Delmer D. “Wayne” Peppers; daughter, Diane Enright (Mike); two sons, Jimmy Villers (Brenda) of San Angelo, TX and Allan Peppers (Karen) of Lacey’s Spring, AL; two sisters, Judy Wojda of Lacey’s Spring, AL and Gladys Peppers (Jerry) of Arlington, TN; eight grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; a host of nieces and nephews; and several other relatives and friends.

Melba loved life, family and her church. She loved working in her flowers and her beautiful yard. Melba spent most of her years working in administration in the manufacturing industry. She was constantly involved with her church family in bible study, administration duties and many other areas. Melba Peppers was dearly loved and will be greatly missed by all who knew her!

You may visit with the family at Brindlee Mountain Chapel, 3552 Hwy 231 Lacey’s Spring, AL on Monday, March 6, 2017 from 12:00 to 2:00pm. The funeral service, conducted by Bro. Al Phillips, will commence at 2:00pm. The interment will immediately follow at Union Grove Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to American Heart Assosiation.
