Melbourn was born on July 29, 1932 and passed away on Wednesday, October 12, 2016.

Melbourn was a resident of Sheboygan, Wisconsin at the time of his passing.

He was married to Shirley.

There will be a visitation on Thursday October 20 2016 from 9:30 a.m. until 10:45 a.m. at Good Shepherd Lutheran Church 1614 S. 23rd St. Sheboygan. The funeral service will begin at church at 11:00 a.m. with Rev. Christian F. Gugel officiating. Interment will take place at Lutheran Cemetery.

Memorials can be made to The Gathering Place or a charity of donors choice.
