Melvin was born on July 8, 1948 and passed away on Saturday, November 26, 2016.

Melvin was a resident of Cincinnati, Ohio at the time of passing.

Melvin was married to Barbara.

Visitation 10 AM Tuesday followed by an 11:30 AM Memorial Service at the Dalbert Woodruff Isenogle Funeral Home 2880 Boudinot Ave. 45238.

If desired memorials may be made to AMVETS Post 41 Cincinnati Veterans Hospital or Hospice of Cincinnati.
