Melvin was born on June 13, 1934 and passed away on Sunday, October 6, 2019.

Melvin was a resident of Pennsylvania at the time of passing.

Mel graduated from Wilson High School Class of 1952 and attended carpentry school at William Allen High School, Allentown.

He served with the US Army, 709th MP Battalion, Frankfurt, Germany.

Services will be held at 10:30am Thursday in the Strunk Funeral Home, Inc., 2101 Northampton Street, Wilson Borough. Burial will be in Northampton Memorial Shrine.
