Melvin was a resident of Kentucky at the time of passing.
Funeral services will be conducted at 12:00 PM Wednesday December 4, 2019 at the Lusk-McFarland Funeral Home, 1120 Main St., Paris, KY by Rev. Don Jolly. Burial will follow in the Clintoville Cemetery. Visitation will be from 5-8PM Tuesday December 3, 2019 at the funeral home.
