Melvin was born on August 2, 1946 and passed away on Tuesday, September 12, 2017.

Melvin was a resident of Washington, Pennsylvania at the time of passing.

He was a 1964 graduate of Trinity High School.

He was a Vietnam War Veteran, where he served with the United States Army.

Friends will be received Thursday from 1:00 to 3:00 PM and 6:00 to 8:00 PM in the Piatt and Barnhill Funeral Home, 420 Locust Ave, Washington, where services will be held at 11:00 AM Friday September 15, 2017, with Reverend Eric Toohey officiating. Interment will follow in Washington Cemetery.
