Michael was born on June 20, 1920 and passed away on Monday, September 12, 2016.

Michael was a resident of Granite, Illinois at the time of his passing.

The United States Army veteran proudly served his country during World War II with the Battle of the Bulge.

He was married to Florence A. (Cleary) Sikorski.

In celebration of his life, visitation will be at Irwin Chapel, 3960 Maryville Road on Thursday, September 15, 2016 from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. with a prayer service at 7:00 p.m. A funeral mass will be held at Holy Family Catholic Church in Granite City on Friday, September 16, 2016 at 9:30 a.m. with Father John Patrick Day, CP as celebrant.

Burial with full military honors will be at Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery in St. Louis. Visitation: Thursday, Sep. 15, 2016
5:00 pm - 8:00 pm
Funeral Mass: Friday, Sep. 16, 2016
09:30 am
