Mildred Ashley Galindo, 71, of Donaldson passed away Wednesday May 29, 2013.
Mildred was born December 27, 1941 in the Antioch community of Donaldson, AR to Freeman and Pearl (Hall) Ashley. Mildred had a great love for dogs and cats, especially her own three pets. She was always joking around and picking at her brothers. She had a wonderful sense of humor and her life revolved around her faith, family, and friends. She was a member of the Caddo Valley Kingdom Hall.
Mildred is predeceased by her parents; two brothers: Kenneth & Carl Ashley; and one niece Phyllis Bricker.
Mildred is survived by her brother Doyle Ashley of the Antioch community of Donaldson, AR; three nieces: Lisa (Terry) Porterfield of Malvern, AR, Trish (Paul) Cook of Houston, TX, and Becky (Kenny) Roy of Bauxite, AR; aunt Effie Seward of Antioch; and thirteen great and great-great nieces and nephews that loved her.
Visitation will be held Monday June 3, 2013 from 6:00 until 8:00 PM at Atkinson Chapel. Services will be held on Tuesday June 4, 2013 at 10:00 AM at Atkinson Chapel with Brother David Overturf officiating. Burial will follow at Upper Antioch Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be Robert Crabb, Phillip Crabb, Darren Young, Terry Poterfield, Leonard Hodges, and Tim Chism.
