Millard was born on January 4, 1933 and passed away in April 2018.

Millard was a resident of Pennsylvania at the time of passing.

He was born on January 4, 1933 in Lemoyne, PA and was a graduate of New Cumberland High School, Elizabethtown College and the School of Social Work at the University of North Carolina.

He served in the United States Coast Guard during the early 1950's and was stationed on an ice breaker on Lake Superior out of Duluth, MN.

A funeral service and interment, officiated by the Reverend Denny Burnette, will be conducted on Wednesday, April 18th at 1:30 at Preddy's Creek Baptist Church in Stony Point, VA.
