Millard was born on February 26, 1929 and passed away on Saturday, June 10, 2017.

Millard was a resident of South Carolina.

He was a veteran of the United States Army where he served in Korea.

Friends may call from 10-11 a.m. Friday June 16 2017 at the SchlupPucak Funeral Home 788 Kenmore Blvd Akron. Victory Lodge 649 F.A.M. will conduct a Masonic service at11 a.m. followed by funeral services conduct by Pastor Rich Ferris. Burial at Marlboro Cemetery.
