Morris passed away on Saturday, October 8, 2016.

Morris was a resident of Barrington, Rhode Island at the time of his passing.

He was the first person from his town to graduate from college attending the University of Illinois on an athletic scholarship and majoring in accounting.

He served in the Navy during World War II.

He was married to Audrey.

His funeral service will be held on Saturday October 15 at 10AM at St. John's Episcopal Church191 County Road Barrington RI 02806. Burial will be with Military Honors at Forest Chapel Cemetery in Barrington. Visiting hours are Friday from 4 to 8 at Smith- Mason Funeral Home 398 Willett Avenue Riverside RI 02915.

Memorial donations in lieu of flowers may be made to the Gaebe Eagle Scout Scholarship Fund at Johnson Wales University 8 Abbott Park Place Providence RI 02903 or to St. John's Episcopal Church 191 County Road Barrington RI 02806.
