Murray passed away in December 2016.

Murray was a resident of Syracuse, New York at the time of passing.

He was a proud veteran of The US Army having served from1951-1953 with headquarters and headquarters detachment 369 quartermaster battalion; a member and past commander of Onondaga Post 131 Jewish War Veterans.

Murray was married to Sylvia.

Funeral services will be at 1PM on Thursday December 29 at Sisskind Funeral Chapel. Friends may visit with the family immediately prior to the service on Thursday from 11:45 to 12:45 at the funeral chapel 3175 E. Genesee Street. Burial will be in Adath Yeshurun Cemetery. Shiva will be observed at his niece Andrea Knollers home Thursday night from 7-9 Friday from noon to 4 and Sunday from noon to 4.

Contributions in Murrays memory may be made to The Minyan fund at Temple Adath Yeshurun or The Alzheimers Association.
