Nancy (Mrs. Raymond Paul) Dugan was born in Whitefish Bay, (Milwaukee) Wisconsin in 1934 and was brought to Phoenix together with her twin sister, Barbara by their parents, Edgar and Edna Hansen in 1937. Nancy entered the larger life on September 16th at home where she was under the care of Hospice of the Valley. She was a graduate of Kenilworth Elementary and West High Schools and attended the University of Arizona and Lamson's Business College, Phoenix. Married to the Rev. Canon Raymond P. Dugan in 1954, they have two daughters, Anne (Mrs. Don) Karraker and Christine (Mrs. Clyde) Vest; three grandsons; Sam Karraker, Russell and Raymond Vest and seven great-grandchildren. Ray and Nancy also recognize Don Kelly to be our honorary son. Nancy was a Girl Scout leader together with Don's mother, Lavonne Kelly who is now deceased. Ray and Nancy met at Trinity Episcopal Cathedral Young Churchmen's group (EYC) and attended summer camp at Chapel Rock in Prescott. A faithful wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother, Nancy is greatly missed by all the above. The burial office with Eucharist will be celebrated at 2:30 PM on Wednesday, October 18, at Trinity Episcopal Cathedral, 100 W. Roosevelt, where she will be interred. In lieu of flowers, should you wish to contribute in her name, a gift to Trinity Cathedral or Hospice of the Valley would be greatly appreciated.
