She was born to Jerald (Buddy) & Deloris (Dodie) Tryggestad in Viroqua, WI on June 24, 1954 where she graduated from Viroqua High School in 1972.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be designated in her name for cancer research at Mayo Clinic.
