Neil Clinton Porter Neil Clinton Porter, age 73, of Elkton, MD left in the Tardis with Dr. Who on Monday, March 30, 2015, to explore new worlds. Born in Baltimore, MD on December 12, 1941, he was the son of Gladys Quatman Porter, Parkville, MD and the late Clinton A. Porter. Neil graduated from Baltimore City College and took courses at Cecil Community College and University of Delaware. He worked for the Chrysler Corporation for 30 years as a utility person. Since retiring in 1996, he enjoyed auctions, flea markets, traveling and attending live shootings of the Today Show in NYC. He joins Spookie, Cali, Ruby, Goblin Binx, 3D and Leeloo on Rainbow Bridge. In addition to his mother, he leaves behind his loving and caring wife of 42 years, Reba Carol Porter; and three children, Patricia Reid, Charles Porter and Jessica Porter. He also leaves behind two step-sons, William Darnell and Robert Pritt II; as well as six grandchildren, James, Cara and Margot Darnell, Melissa and Michelle Reid and Bryce Porter; two great-grandchildren, Parker and Kilby Clemo; and brother, Glenn Porter. Funeral service will be held at 6:30 p.m., Monday, April 6, 2015, at Hicks Home for Funerals, 103 W. Stockton St., Elkton, MD 21921, with visitation beginning at 5 p.m. Interment will be private. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Amnesty International, Greenpeace, or St. Joseph's Indian School, in care of the funeral home.
