Nicasio Suiza Castillon, 76, of Iloilo, Philippines, passed away on December 27, 2017 at his home in Stafford.

Visitation will be from 4:00 pm - 7:00 pm and Rosary at 7:00 pm on Friday, December 29, 2017 at Earthman Funeral Home.

Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 am on Saturday, December 30, 2017 at Notre Dame Catholic Church.
Nicasio was born in Iloilo to Columba Suiza and Eriberto Castillon on October 11, 1941. He attended St. Augustine University in the Philippines. He married Elma Jamotillo on June 24, 1978 in New Jersey and they moved to Texas in 1981. He worked at Stewart and Stevenson, the Museum of Fine Arts, and Sears before he retired in 2001.

Nicasio was an active member and participant of numerous organizations and held leadership positions throughout his years. He has received a number of accolades in leadership, dedicated service, appreciation, service as chairman, on the board of directors, and as president and vice president positions with Beltway and Midwest Lions Clubs, Filipino American Society of Texas, Inc., and West Visayan Circle of Houston.

Nicasio is preceded in death by both parents, brothers Eriberto Castillon, Jr., Benjamin Castillon, and Napoleon Castillon, and sisters Thelma Castillon Mitchell, and Rosemary Castillon. He is survived by his wife Elma; daughter Maria Bernadette and husband Joseph Clementi, daughter Gina Celeste and husband Geno Guerrero, and son Shaun Lester; brother Romeo Castillon, sisters Soledad Castillon Batino, Jocelyn Castillon Paningbatan, and Eleanor Castillon; grandchildren Amber Lynn and husband Jeff McCallon, Christopher Michael Clementi, Ginelle Renee Guerrero, and Jayden Celeste Guerrero; step granchldren Gabriela Renee Guerrero, Madelin Marie Guerrero, and Anthony Michael Guerrero; step great grandchildren Brenn Marie Aguilar and Brooklin Renee Aguilar; numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, grandnieces and grandnephews, in-laws, Godchildren, and other loving family members.
