Norma was born on May 1, 1927 and passed away on Monday, March 5, 2018.

Norma was a resident of Maryland at the time of passing.

Norma graduated from Eastern High School, received a Bachelor of Arts degree from The Peabody Institute, started a family, then began teaching instrumental music in Baltimore County schools in 1967.

A memorial service is planned for Saturday, April 14th at 1:00 in Krug Chapel at Carroll Lutheran Village, 300 St. Luke Way, Westminster, Maryland.
