Norma was born on July 23, 1922 and passed away on Saturday, April 14, 2018.

Norma was a resident of Scranton, Pennsylvania at the time of passing.

Born in Scranton, daughter of the late Samuel and Nettie Sachs Rubin, she was a graduate of Scranton Central High School and the Powell School of Business.

A graveside funeral service will be held Tuesday at 3 p.m. in the Dalton Jewish Cemetery by Rabbi Moshe Saks and Cantor Vladimir Aronzon. Shiva will be observed at the family residence, 602 Taylor Ave., Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday evenings from 7 to 9. Memorial contributions may be made to Temple Israel, 918 E. Gibson St., Scranton 18510.
