Norma was born on August 11, 1927 and passed away on Thursday, January 4, 2018.

Norma was a resident of Hebron, Ohio at the time of passing.

She graduated from Kirkersville High School and The Ohio State University.

Norma S. Black In Loving Memory of Norma S. Black A memorial service celebrating the life of Norma S. Black, of Hebron, will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday, January 13, at Second Presbyterian Church, 42 East Church Street, Newark, Ohio, with the Reverend Todd Tracy and the Reverend Jim Addy officiating. Inurnment will take place at Licking Cemetery at a later date.

Friends may call one hour prior to the service (from 10-11 a.m.) on Saturday, January 13, at Second Presbyterian Church, 42 East Church Street, Newark, Ohio, In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Lakewood Education Foundation, 9331 Lancer Road, Hebron OH, 43025 or Hospice of Central Ohio, https://hospiceofcentralohio.org.
