Normand was born on October 14, 1947 and passed away on Friday, February 9, 2018.

Normand was a resident of Clifton Park, New York at the time of passing.

Normand graduated from Lewiston High School in 1965, and received his Bachelor's Degree from Providence College.

Calling hours will be held on Thursday from 4 to 8 p.m. at the Catricala Funeral Home Inc., 1597 Route 9, in Clifton Park, with a funeral Mass on Friday at 10 a.m. at St. Edward's Church in Clifton Park. Entombment will be in Most Holy Redeemer Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in his memory to the Double H Ranch, 97 Hidden Valley Rd, Lake Luzerne, NY 12846, or to the St. Martin de Porres Residence, Inc., 23 Bartlett Steet, PO Box 7227, Lewiston, ME 04243.
