Norris was born on August 14, 1947 and passed away on Sunday, September 10, 2017.

Norris was a resident of Lake Charles, Louisiana at the time of passing.

He was a 1965 graduate of Immaculata Seminary High School, where he studied to be a priest, and then served his country in the U.S. Navy from 1970-1974 as an OR Tech and instructor.

His funeral service will be held at 1:00 PM on Thursday, September 14, 2017 at Our Lady Queen of Heaven Catholic Church. Burial will follow in Consolata Cemetery. Visitation will be at Johnson Funeral Home on Wednesday from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM with a rosary at 6:00 PM. Visitation will continue on Thursday from 10:00 AM to 12:40 PM at the funeral home.

Memorial donations may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
