Born on October 30, 1964 on the island of Taipei, Taiwan, Octavius Villareal Cerillo, named after the adopted son of Julius Caesar and beloved son of Rafael Panga Cerillo and Teresita Villareal Cerillo, passed away on December 30, 2017 at the age of 53. Octavius was a member of a naval military family that took up residence in San Francisco, Long Beach, and later Cerritos, California (CA). He enjoyed watching films and movies and spending time with family, but his ultimate love was bowling recreationally and in a league. He also adopted the host of workers into his family from the Hooters Restaurant chain where he was a frequent diner. Octavius is survived by his mother Teresita Cerillo; older brother Rafael Villarreal Cerillo Jr.; and younger brother Michelangelo Villareal Cerillo; three nieces; two nephews, and a host of aunts, uncles and cousins in the U.S. and in the Philippines.
