Olin M. Harding of Jackson Township departed this earthly life on June 23, 2017 to be with his heavenly Father and join family and friends already in heaven. Olin had been a resident of Jackson Township for more than 40 years. He founded the Belden Village Insurance Agency in 1969 and grew it to become one of the premier local agencies in the area serving many families and businesses during this time.

He was a longtime member of the Canton Baptist Temple. He was born in Elkview, WV to the late McKinley and Opal Harding. He is also preceded in death by his infant son, Matthew Todd Harding; sister, Betty McCoy; and brother, Charles Harding.

He is survived by his beautiful, devoted wife of 34 years, Deborah, also of Jackson Township; daughter and son-in-law, Kimberly and Rick Grafmeyer; granddaughter, Courtney Grafmeyer, and grandson, Kyle Grafmeyer of Washington, DC. He especially loved his nephew, Michael (Franscene) Davis whom he considered a son. He is also survived by his sister-in-law, Lynn (Jim) Flynn whom he loved dearly; brothers, Jack (Charlotte) Harding, Kelsey (Angela) Harding; sisters, Joyce Nichols, Janet Rayhill, and June Davis; many nieces and nephews whom he loved very much; special friend, Ken Spurgeon; and his golf buddies, "the geezers".

Funeral services will be held at 10:00am on Tuesday at Canton Baptist Temple, 515 Whipple Avenue NW, Canton with Pastor Mike Frazier officiating. Interment will be at Sunset Hills Memory Gardens. Friends may call from 4-7pm on Monday in the Karlo-Libby Funeral Home.

Special thanks to neighbors, Hank and Sally Steining, and Pete and Lynn Langhans for their unwavering love and support for Deborah and I during this most difficult time in our lives. Special thanks to Dr. Jeff Miller at Canton Pulmonary Associates for the compassionate, devoted care. We also thank Dr. Paul Bartos of Family Physicians for his longtime care; the many physician friends that have always showed concern and compassion for my well-being: Dr. Marvin Grossman, Dr. Walt Telesz, Dr. John Westerbeck, Dr. Bert Galang, along with Debbie, his repiratory therapist.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Caring And Serving Together (CAST), in care of John Sypek, 6619 Glengary Ave NW, Canton, OH 44718 or Canton Baptist Temple, 515 Whipple Ave. NW, Canton, OH 44708.
