Oscar passed away on Tuesday, May 16, 2017.

Oscar was a resident of North Carolina.

He obtained a Bachelor's Degree from Belmont Abbey College in 1971. He later graduated with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Social Work from UNC-Charlotte.

He served in the Army National Guard for 7 years.
