Otis passed away on Sunday, August 6, 2017.

Otis was a resident of Leicester, Massachusetts at the time of passing.

Upon being discharged from the Marines, Otis went to work at the family business of Hadwen Park Supermarket where he eventually was the owner and operator for many years before retiring.

The funeral will be held on Thursday, August 10 at 10 AM in the Hadwen Park Congregational Church, 6 Clover Street Worcester with burial to follow in Worcester County Memorial Park, Paxton. A calling hour will be held from 8 to 10 in the church before the funeral service.

Otis was a lifelong member of Hadwen Park Congregational Church where he was a member of the Men's Club and also instrumental with his wife in the founding of the food basket donations to the South Worcester Neighborhood Center during the holidays.
