Otto was born on December 8, 1942 and passed away on Sunday, November 27, 2016.
Otto was a resident of Batavia, Illinois at the time of passing. Otto was formerly from Elburn, Illinois.
Otto was married to Mary.
Visitation will be held 4:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M. Thursday December 1 2016 at Moss Family Funeral Home 209 South Batavia Ave. Batavia IL. Funeral Mass will be held 10:30 A.M. Friday December 2 2016 at St. John Neumann Catholic Church 2900 East Main Street St. Charles IL 60174. He will lie in state from 9:30 A.M. until the time of the Mass at the Church. A private interment will be held in Garfield Cemetery in Kane County IL.
