Patricia Ann Duncan (Hutto), age 80, died at St. Luke's East hospital in Lee's Summit, MO on Saturday January 20, 2018.

Born February 18, 1937, Pat lived her entire life in Kansas City, Missouri. She was a Registered Nurse, having graduated from St. Mary's School of Nursing in 1957, she spent her professional career taking care of others. While she spent many years at Menorah Medical Center as Assistant Director of Nursing, her last stop was working over 20 years as a Hospice nurse for Crossroads Hospice in Kansas City - which she loved deeply. Pat always had a great passion for singing, and spent nearly 50 years singing barbershop music with the Sweet Adeline's. Her KC Chorus, and many quartets won countless awards, always anchored by the beautiful booming bass voice of Pat Duncan. Sisters in harmony, Pat made many life-long friends, especially her award-winning quartet of the past 25 years, 4's Company.

She is survived by her two sons, Chris and Tim (Rocio); her grandchildren, Amalia, Mary and Steven; her great-granddaughter Clara Belle; and her sisters, Kathy Grattan and Susan Zaner. Pat was preceded in death by her parents Irene and Shepherd Hutto, her brother Tom Hutto and her son, Michael.
