Patricia was born on August 24, 1948 and passed away on Thursday, October 3, 2019.

Patricia was a resident of Mehoopany, Pennsylvania at the time of passing.

She was a 1966 graduate of Tunkhannock High School.

Family and friends are invited to attend Pat's funeral service which will be held on Thursday October 10, 2019 at 10am from the Jenningsville United Methodist Church, 1857 Sr 4002 Mehoopany, PA , with Pastor Charles Bishop and Pastor Julie Rosensteel presiding. Interment will follow in North Flat Cemetery, Laceyville. A viewing will be held on Wednesday October 9, 2019 from 2:00-4:00pm and 6:00-8:00pm at the Sheldon-Kukuchka Funeral Home, Inc., 73 W. Tioga St. Tunkhannock, PA 18657.
