Patricia was born on May 15, 1945 and passed away on Saturday, September 9, 2017.

Patricia was a resident of Severna Park, Maryland at the time of passing.

Mrs. Ratlief was a 1963 graduate of Franklin High School and a graduate of Potomac State College.

Funeral services will be on Wednesday, September 13, 2017 at 11:00 AM in the funeral home chapel, with Pastor Steve Teter officiating. Interment will be in Fairview Bethel Cemetery in Ft. Seybert.
