Patrick was born on June 30, 1944 and passed away on Monday, October 10, 2016.

Patrick was a resident of Erie, Pennsylvania at the time of his passing.

Pat was a graduate of Cathedral Preparatory School class of 1962.

He served in the United States Air Force.

Friends may call at Burton Westlake Funeral Home 3801 West 26th Street at Powell Ave. Erie PA 16506 on Saturday from 12:00 noon until the time of a memorial service there at 2:00 pm with Father Leo Gallina officiating.

Memorials may be made to the Regional Cancer Center 2500 West 12th Street Erie PA 16505.
