Patrick was born on May 7, 1950 and passed away on Wednesday, June 14, 2017.

Patrick was a resident of Groveland, Illinois at the time of passing.

Pat proudly honored his country by serving in the Army National Guard for six years.

Visitation will be held Monday, June 19, 2017 from 4 to 4:45 p.m., with a memorial service following at 5 p.m., at Redeemer Lutheran Church in Peoria, with Pastor Ted Benson and Pastor Ron Miller officiating. There will be a private burial of cremated remains, held at a later date, at Roberts Cemetery in Morton.
