Patrick passed away on Tuesday, September 12, 2017.

Patrick was a resident of Glocester, Rhode Island at the time of passing.

His funeral will be held Saturday at 9 AM from the Robbins Funeral Home, 2251 Mineral Spring Ave., North Providence with a funeral service at 10 AM in Chepachet Union Church, 1138 Putnam Pike, Chepachet. Burial will follow in Acotes Hill Cemetery. Calling hours Friday 5-7 PM.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Chepachet Union Church, PO Box E, Chepachet, RI 02814.
