PATSY ANN BUTLER COX FUNERAL HOME BASTROP, LOUISIANA Mrs. Patsy Ann Butler was born March 20, 1951 in Watsonville, California and passed away unexpectedly on May 15, 2018, while visiting family in Bastrop, Louisana. Mrs. Butler was a resident of Crestview, Florida. She is preceded in death by her parents, Harry Luzader and Louise Morgan Luzader and by a sister, Susanne Luzader Hebner . Patsy is survived by her husband of forty-eight years, Larry Riley Butler of Crestview, Florida; two sons, Larry Riley Butler, II of Glenville, Georgia and Joseph Jason Butler of Crestview, Florida; and two granddaughters, Destiny Butler and Kylee Butler. She is also survived by three brothers, Jim Luzader and his wife, Irene of Bastrop, Louisiana, Jerry DeWayne Luzader of Alexandria, Louisiana, and Lane Luzader of Shreveport, Louisiana; sister, Arlene Wells and husband, Eugene of Alexandria, Louisiana; numerous nieces and nephews, and a host of extended family. Memorial services for the family of Mrs. Butler will be held at a later date at her home in Crestview, Florida.
