With profound sadness we mourn the passing of our beloved Patsy Orlando, loving father, son, nephew and cousin, friend and talented carpenter, who entered into eternal peace on August 10, 2017. Pat entered this world on April 29,1976 and grew up a spirited and caring soul. Pat graduated from Belleville High School and excelled in carpentry. Pat was bright, incredibly funny, and persuasive. A gifted and creative artist with an eye for precision, his skills in construction and woodwork were unparalleled. Pat had a passion for cars, a great sense oh humor, and a tremendous love of family. His two children, Haley Jo and Gennaro were his greatest pride and accomplishments. Pat is survived by his loving parents Joe (Joe Bones) and Rose Orlando, his beautiful children Haley Jo and Gennaro Orlando, former wife Juliet Matullo, and many aunts, uncles, cousins, extended family and close friends. He will be missed and loved every day. Visitation will take place on Sunday August 13,from 1-5pm in the Megaro Memorial Home, 503 Union Ave, Belleville. The family will celebrate his life on Monday August 14, at 10:30 am in Holy Family Church, 28 Brookline Ave, Nutley, N.J. Patsy was known for his passion for life and his exceptional strong will, yet his strenght of will was no match for an epidemic of addiction. In Patsy's memory, we ask that you bring light to the darkness of addiction. Meet denial and stigma with love. Have difficult conversations with your children about the dangers of substance abuse. Support loved ones in treatment and sobriety, and let them know they are loved each day. Donations may be made in Pat's name to Autism Speaks, 1 East 33rd Street, 4th Fl. New York, NY 10016
