Patsy Jean Mullins died Thursday, October 13 at her home in Chesapeake City. She was 74. Born in North Carolina she was the daughter of the late Farlie & Aulsie (Carpenter) Ham and wife of the late Alfred Mullins. A homemaker, Mrs. Mullins' was a member of Carsins Run Baptist Church. She is survived by her sons; Floyd A. Mullins of Chesapeake City, Paul Mullins of Lancaster, PA, Clint Mullins of Aberdeen and Sidney Mullins of Aberdeen; daughters, Annette Phillips of Aberdeen and Juanita Glover of Joppatowne; brothers, Herbert Ham of Havre de Grace, Farlie Ham, Jr. of Rising Sun and Barry Ham of Port Deposit; sisters, Margie Plummer and Betty Phillips both of Aberdeen and Wanda Smith of NC. She is also survived by 18 grandchildren and 45 great grandchildren. A visitation will be on Thursday, October 20 from 10am-11am at Carsins Run Baptist Church where a funeral service conducted by Pastor Jim Wright will begin at 11:00am. Interment will be in Baker Cemetery.
