Paul was born on September 13, 1943 and passed away on Thursday, September 7, 2017.

Paul was a resident of Illinois at the time of passing.

He served in the United States Army and the Illinois National Guard.

Funeral services will be held on Thursday, September 14, 2017 at 10:00 AM in the Duker & Haugh Funeral Home. Interment in Sunset Cemetery of the Illinois Veterans Home with military rites conducted at the cemetery. Visitation will be held on Wednesday evening from 4:00 until 7:00 at the Duker & Haugh Funeral Home.

Memorials may be made to Faith Journey Church.
