Paul was born on October 7, 1941 and passed away on Tuesday, May 9, 2017.

Paul was a resident of Florida at the time of passing.

He graduated from Bennettsville H.S. in 1959, St. Andrews Presbyterian College in 1963 with a BA in Business and Golden Gate University in 1974 with an MBA. Col. Driggers was commissioned as a 2nd Lieutenant in 1964.

During his long and distinguished military career, he held a number of posts, including a tour in Vietnam and serving as the Base Commander of three Air Force bases in the US and abroad.

A funeral Mass will be held for Col. Driggers at 10:30 am on Friday, June 19th at the Co-Cathedral of St. Thomas Moore, 900 W. Tennessee St., Tallahassee, FL. Burial will be at noon at the Tallahassee National Cemetery, 5015 Apalachee Parkway, Tallahassee, FL. MAY 19. 10:30 AM Co-Cathedral of St. Thomas More 900 West Tennessee Street Tallahassee, FL, US, 32304 Funeral Mass begins.
