Paul was born on April 29, 1942 and passed away on Saturday, March 10, 2018.

Paul was a resident of Molus, Kentucky at the time of passing.

Also surviving are 11 grandchildren, Charlie England, Whitney England, George Gabbard, Erica England, Dustin England, Catoyna Gabbard, Gabby Patterson, Tommy North, Amber Jackson, Haley Saylor and Savannah Saylor; two great-grandchildren, Brayden Gabbard and Addilyn England and one on the way; and a host of nieces and nephews along with special friends, Ray Noah, Freeman Clark, Gary Taylor and all the Freeman boys. Visitation will be after 12 noon Wednesday at the Solid Rock House of Prayer in Coldiron. Funeral services will be conducted at 1 p.m. Thursday, March 15, 2018, at the church with the Reverend James Earl Hensley and the Reverend Freeman Clark officiating. Burial will be in Resthaven Cemetery with family and friends serving as pallbearers.
