Paul was born on January 26, 1947 and passed away on Thursday, April 19, 2018.

Paul was a resident of Meriden, Connecticut at the time of passing.

He was a U.S. Air Force Veteran having proudly served in Vietnam and went on to to become a respected police officer for the Town of Wallingford for 26 years.

A memorial service will begin at 6 p.m. on Thursday at The Wallingford Funeral Home, 809 N. Main St. Ext. Interment will be private.

In lieu of flowers, gifts in his memory may be sent to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105, or Shriners Hospitals for Children, 2900 N. Rocky Point Dr., Tampa, FL 33607.
