Paul was born on March 18, 1921 and passed away on Wednesday, September 13, 2017.

Paul was a resident of Kingman County, Kansas at the time of passing.

After graduating from Kingman High School, Paul worked for the railroad a short time before starting a service garage 11 miles south of Kingman.

In 1942 he joined the Army Air Corps to serve in World War II.

Visitation will take place at Kingman Livingston Mortuary Monday, September 18 from 1:00 to 8:00 with family present from 5:00 to 7:00. Funeral services will be held Tuesday, September 19 at 2:00 at Sunnyside Baptist Church, 2618 E Morris, Wichita, KS, with internment at Vinita Cemetery of Cheney.
