Percy was born on October 13, 1930 and passed away on Wednesday, June 14, 2017.

Percy was a resident of Barre, Vermont at the time of passing.

He attended Lyndon Institute in Lyndonville, VT and completed his GED at Spaulding High School in 1971.

Interment will follow in the Maplewood Cemetery in Barre Town.

Friends may call at the funeral home prior to the service from 9:00 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. Memorial contributions may be made to the Central Vermont Home Health and Hospice, 600 Granger Road, Barre, VT 05641 or to the Crossroads Christian Church, PO Box 187, East Montpelier, VT 05651.
