Phedon Wynne Anderson, Age 22, of Concord, North Carolina, formerly of St. Cloud, died Monday, April 9, 2018, in Waite Park, Minnesota. A memorial service will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Monday, April 16, 2018, at the Gethsemane Lutheran Church in Dassel with the Rev. Laurie O'Shea officiating.

There will be a one-hour time to gather with the family prior to the service at the Gethsemane Lutheran Church in Dassel.

The Johnson Funeral Home in Dassel is in charge of the funeral arrangements.

Memorials are preferred to go to the National Alliance of Mental Illness.

Phedon Wynne Anderson, the daughter of Steven and Jennifer (Rannow) Anderson, was born on December 7, 1995, in St. Cloud, Minnesota. Phedon was baptized and confirmed at the Cathedral of Saint Mary in St. Cloud. She grew up in the St Cloud area and graduated from the Sauk Rapids Rice High School.

She was active, vibrant, outgoing, spunky and soft hearted. She had a sparkle to her and enjoyed dressing up. She loved her cats and animals. She was naturally talented musically, loved singing and Cantabile. She had started an online support group for Ehlers-Danlos Disorder and would reach out to others and gave encouragement when needed. She loved her family and always enjoyed getting together for family events and holidays.

She is survived by her mother, Jennifer Anderson of St. Cloud, father, Steven (Gina) Anderson of Becker, brothers, Rory Anderson of Bangkok Thailand, Simon Anderson of St. cloud, sisters, Jody Hayes of Clearwater and Amanda Holman of St. Cloud. Fiance' Sean Ryan of Concord, North Carolina; a special sister/friend, Sarah Cox of Concord, North Carolina, maternal grandmother, Janis Rannow of Hutchinson, maternal grandfather, Bob (Nyla) Woetzel of Hewitt, maternal grandparents, Dale (Jodi) Rannow of Ottertail, maternal great grandmother, Shirley Ostlund of Dassel. She is also survived by numerous, aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and other relatives.

She was preceded in death by her sister, Ariana, paternal grandparents, Donald and Mary Anderson, and her maternal great grandfather, James Ostlund.
